He’s a CSS nerd, focused on finding user-centered, accessible solutions for diverse audiences. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, biking and exploring nature.

Growing up, Ivan constantly moved between Cuenca, Ecuador, and NYC, shaping him with a unique and open-hearted outlook. After many years in the Music Education field, he found his passion in helping people achieve their goals and building strong relationships. With extensive experience in Operations, Project Management, Hiring, and Employee Experience, he entered the digital agency world in 2019 as a Project Manager and later narrowed his focus to People Operations. A music nerd at heart, he always manages to create playlists and share timely memes. Ivan is based in Pittsburgh, PA, where he lives with his partner Adri, their daughter Luna, and their lovely dog Olive.

Pierce has a background in website and digital project management, from launching international corporate sites for a pharmaceutical company to managing content for a children's hospital during COVID-19, Pierce has been honing skills in Project Management and WordPress for over 4 years. He finds joy in connecting with and understanding clients of all shapes and sizes, and aims to produce the best work possible while navigating the unique journey of creating and launching a website. He is based in Austin, Texas, and earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from St. Edward's University. In his free time he enjoys learning history, reading and writing philosophy, watching movies, and is always on the search for great new music.

Becky is a designer that has spent her career working with impact-driven organizations telling compelling stories. With degrees from Northeastern University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, she has always prioritized a multidisciplinary approach in her design. Over the years, Becky has worked for impact-invested startups, in-house at NGOs (like charity: water and Vital Strategies), and with numerous other NGOs, including Girls Who Code and Yoga Alliance. Outside of work, you can find her experimenting in the kitchen, wandering Brooklyn, or finding any excuse to escape to the beach.

Kora has worked at the cross section of design, research, and writing in various capacities for over seven years. From Brooklyn tech startups to Thai NGOs, she’s always enjoyed solving complex design challenges by seeking to understand the user first. You’ll also find Kora in the airwaves as a singer-songwriter, organizing people’s bookshelves by color, and enjoying green trees and large bodies of water wherever possible.

Noelle was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, which is where she currently resides. Noelle’s experience ranges from managing multiple large-scale non-profit website projects, to designing websites herself. In Noelle’s roles at community centered non-profits including the National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) and Manny Cantor Center, she has prioritized building trusting relationships with colleagues and clients, while tackling big challenges. As a project manager, Noelle seeks to understand workloads, systems and process, cultural context, and anticipate and solve for roadblocks. In her free time, you can find Noelle cooking up a meal for friends, or hiking in the forests of the great PNW.

Calissa is a former professional ballet dancer, self-taught designer and illustrator, and student at Georgetown University. With experience in both administrative and creative roles, she brings a multifaceted understanding of the creative process to her work at Radish. She worked as a freelance designer and gained experience in the agency setting as a design intern at FCB Chicago prior to joining Radish as an Administrative Assistant. When she’s not working, you might find her taking a long walk in nature (rain or shine), illustrating a cookbook to house her recipes, or creating a new upcycled fashion collection.

Simone has a background as a community librarian, where she led city and statewide initiatives for and with historically marginalized communities. Her passion for positive change inspired her to launch her own Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultancy, where she worked to expand and improve her clients’ social impacts, from Fortune 500 companies to small, hyper-local non-profits. Simone is a strategic, data-driven Change Agent dedicated to making the world a better place as efficiently and effectively as possible. She is trilingual in German, Spanish and English and you can often find her curled up with a crossword puzzle or good book, cup o’ tea nearby.

Will is a graphic designer with a passion for elevating digital and print experiences. Steeped in the fast paced agency world, he has worked with a wide variety of clients from the commerce, entertainment, and editorial spaces. Throughout his career he has found success in close collaboration with team members and finding space to push designs to new and exciting levels. When he is off the clock, you can find Will relaxing in Prospect Park or trying to perfect his pecan pie recipe.

Adam is a strategist and digital producer with over eleven years of experience in online editorial, print, and video production. He has worked across non-profit, events, media, and agency sectors. As partner and strategic director at Radish Lab, he coordinates workflows to assure that team efforts meet client expectations and projects are completed on time and on budget. He is also an adjunct assistant professor of theater at Marymount Manhattan College and has acted on television, off-Broadway, and in theatres throughout the U.S.

Pedro has a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of the Republic of Uruguay and has worked on a vast number of diverse projects during his 17 years of experience in the field of web applications development. These projects include the production of a digital archives system for the National Library of Uruguay and the development of a remote processing system for the Ministry of Production of Buenos Aires Province, in Argentina. When he's not working you can find him flying kites with his son, or coding and researching some new technology.

Always a designer at heart, Joshua taught himself web and graphic design after business school. He went on to manage his own creative agency for a decade, providing creative strategy and design for design-driven clients: from art fairs and modeling agencies to clients such as Olay, Evian, and Porsche. He is a Fellow and past Advisory Board member of the Blackburn Institute, a public policy leadership institute in his home state of Alabama.

Alana is an award-winning journalist turned digital media producer, storyteller, and project manager of all things pixelated. She’s spent time as a science journalist, an online producer, an art director, and a photographer. Alana has been in the media and production industry for more than 15 years and started Radish in 2012, opening the Berlin office in 2016. She’s Canadian, and that just makes her nicer.

Marcelo is a former journalist with more than 15 years of experience in web development. He started learning the web standards on his own and expanded the studies to graphic design, mainly typography. In 2012, he met WordPress and since then never stopped working with the tool, exploring his possibilities and contributing with the community. Among several works, he is proud to help NGOs and small businesses to have their own voice on the web and keep it as a democratic space for all.

Marques is a web developer with twelve years of experience. He’s been working with WordPress almost since the beginning of his career, and even helped build Fantasktic, a WordPress migration service. For the past few years, he’s also been building complex web applications with Laravel. The front-end is what he enjoys the most, but he’s just as comfortable on the back-end, creating packages and integrating services. Outside of office hours, he’s a musician, a writer and an illustrator.

Ana is a web developer with 9 years of experience. While she was completing her bachelor’s degree in computer science, she found herself immersed in and loving web development. Since the beginning of her career she’s worked with WordPress, building complex websites and ecommerce. When she’s not developing websites, you can still find her in a creative environment composing instrumental songs and playing piano.

Ale is a web developer with twelve years of experience. He’s been working with WordPress almost since the beginning of his career, and even helped build Fantasktic, a WordPress migration service. For the past few years, he’s also been building complex web applications with Laravel. Edward is a founder and partner at Radish Lab and brings over twenty years of experience in creative design and standards-based development. His experience leverages a background in branding, visual design, user experience design and web development. He has presented at SXSW, The School of Visual Arts, The New School as well on various podcasts and for local design groups. He currently holds the title of Strategic Director, managing growth opportunities and new relationships at Radish Lab.
